How to configure the oscillators in order to use FM and PM?

I recently got Sunrizer. I know its an old app, but it has been recently updated and its actually beautiful. The existing manual is from a very old release I guess. Many things have been changed. So I cannot find thr explanation of several settings in the manual.

Would be great to have a new manual!

If this is a stupid question, I'm sorry, I've only recently started and I'm still getting the hand of things.

If there is no way to export it, then is there a way to wire the audio output into a DAW? I'm using Logic, if that changes anything.

This may be a long shot, but I wondered if anybody here has a serial number going spare (or one that they no longer use) that I could have to register the Sunrizer VST on my computer to change it from the demo version to a fully registered version, please?

I’d really much rather have the VST that I can use as a plug-in within my DAW than the app from the store, and with BeepStreet no longer offering new registrations or the VST anymore, this is my last hope.

Their customer service seems to be non-existent through email, Facebook, Instagram, etc. and so this is my last hope.

I installed the new Sunrizer on my iMac as plug in in Logic Pro, but when I want to buy the license I get redirected to plug in boutique and there I can’t find the Sunrizer plug in. Also the “buy” button on the website doesn’t work. Help, I can now only use the demo version, with nice sound of waves 🤓

I am using Sunrizer as an AUV3 in Loopy Pro. I have a MIDI file, being played by Atom Roll2 sending the MIDI notes to Sunrizer.

It "seems" that when the first MIDI note is sent over it changes the preset. I set Sunrizer to Xorus3 preset (beautiful string pad), then I start the host (Loopy Pro) playing, and when Atom Roll starts or sends the first MIDI note, all of a sudden Sunrizer changes to the 1st preset AI Cloudform (Poly). Please see the pictures.

Also - I have the Atom Roll MIDI file /notes shown.

Any thoughts???

I have a lot of patches I made in sunrizer XS on my iphone. I wonder: Sunrizer is another app and wont interfere right?

I am planning to get Sunrizer and then see how to get the presets into Sunrizer. Maybe it is stupid to think this but I just hope I wont loose my patches when I download Sunrizer when having Sunrizer XS. When you can advice me let me know. I know I might need to set over the patches by hand one by one,

Unfortunately this doesn't work as expected. If, for example, I use a controller to select the waveform for the first oscillator, everything works, from CC 68 the triangle waveform is switched.

Unfortunately, this does not work with the second oscillator.

From CC 68 onwards there is no changeover to FM. There is no CC value at all that switches to FM.

The same problem occurs with other parameters such as the octave switching on the 2nd oscillator. The setting of the targets for the LFO (with the CC120) only goes up to "R_MOD", then it's over.

Is that a bug or an operator error?

Maybe someone here can help me, I would be very happy about it.

1. My preset banks aren't alphabetized like Doug from thesoundtestroom said they would in a video. I'm running m1 ipad pro, and ipad air 2.
2. When mono is selected, the internal keyboard doesn't seem to play correctly. Playing notes beside each other cuts off the sound. For instance, if I play C, and slide to D, the sound cuts off, but then sliding to E the sound comes back, sliding to F cuts off the sound. Using an external keyboard or AUM keyboard, no issues.

The popup adjustments offer +/- 10 and +/- 1 but there is no specific tempo indication (apart from the flashing light) to refer to.

first of all: I love your Sunrizer. It can create beautiful sounds. Especially in supersaw mode. Reminds me of my times in the clubs ;)

But when I use it as an AU in Cubasis things quickly change. Playback even only of one instance of Sunrizer results many times in crackles. Yes, it definitely depends also on the patches. Simpler "less demanding?" patches can many times be played fine. But in sunrizer these patches sound great. Only used in combi with Cubasis. Hm.

tried already playing around with latency. Works for a couple seconds then crackling comes back. Even when playing the same "loop" it can happen to sound fine.... then again crackles.

Freezing with audio conversion does result in crackes also.

CPU usage is definitely not an issue. around 20-30% or so. Nothing to worry (IPAD Pro from 2017).

it’s frustrating not to have the same features on both and not to be able to open the presets.

how can i save a modified preset „in place“.

Use case is:

• Calling up a preset by program change (great that this is there :-))
• modifying the preset somehow
• saving the modified preset (at the same place - so i can recall it by the already configured program change)

at the moment it seems, i have to save the modified preset to a new location. Then - after saving, i have to skip through many many program changes to find it again.

is there an option i am missing?

The sunrizer "left" delay knob shows me for example "FX L taps: 0,75" when the sync button is active. This should mean a 3/8 delay time. But when I deactivate sync, it still reads "FX L taps: 0,75". ?!?

The manual is "version 0.5, work in progress". Is there really a progress - will we ever see a complete manual?
