Midi Input Config Options
It seems that currently in Drambo standalone, there is no option to select which midi inputs/outputs are supposed to be used. It would be really good to have some basic config options for this, even if it is just a list of midi in/out devices that we can activate/deactivate with say checkmarks etc,
