Support Inverse Relative Midi format

There is a missing relative midi format that would be useful to support: Incremental +[63-1] -[127-65]

This is inverted from the current formats. incrementing by one is a value of 127, while decrementing by 1 is a value of 1.

This is used by the APC 40 among other things.

    Thanks for adding this. I have no APC but I think that variant is quite important then :)
