I’m just building it as an html web app so i can rapidly iterate and try things. just trying to see how far i can stretch it to make something interesting.
It’s been an interesting process for sure. Learning how to get the best results in a consistent manner has been the most eye opening part of the journey.
once i get a few more of the bugs worked out i may open it up to others to use.
i have a few things to add to the playback portion like Per Track Play Direction, One Shot support (i used midi sounds for now just to hear things) and Midi Out (which iOS doesn’t support via the web so i will have to shift development to another tech stack).
anyhoo we definitely are living in wild times. From idea to this in 3 days is just bonkers to me.
honestly it may just serve as a playground to show devs what features i would like in their sequencer based apps 🤪
