Cannot save midi mappings

I have a Launchkey Mini Mk4. I made a project called MI Groovebox, using the MI module on every track. I’m able to map all the knobs and pads the way I want to. I save the projects as a template. I have the “midi mapping profile” in setting set to Launchkey MK4. I also have the Launchkey selected in the midi mapping menu. When I create a new MI Groovebox project, or select autosave, my midi mappings are not recalling. I have to remap everything every time I open the project. Is there a way to fix this or is it a bug? I’m using an M2 iPad Air 11 inch. Also, I’ve noticed that “Project” and “Launchkey Mini MK4” are both highlighted in the midi mapping menu by default. So, I choose Launchkey and it still doesn’t work recall my settings.

Tap on the midi mappings button (**), and then on the profile selector to the right of it. The drop-down shows a list of profiles and you will notice the number of “System” and “Project Content” mappings shown for each entry.

Drambo distinguishes between system and project content related midi mappings. System mappings map the controls of the overall Drambo user interface (pads and sequencer steps for example). Project Content mappings map controls that are specific to the project - mainly module related stuff.

In your case you need to put your mappings into the Project profile that will be saved with the project. The controller mappings can only store system mappings and won’t store mappings specific to the project.
