Cosmetic feature: Hide / remove default MIDI mapping profiles
I make heavy use of MIDI mappings in Drambo and the list of profiles get's longer and longer. I would appreciate a way to remove the default MIDI mapping profiles for good to keep the list clean. Maybe only generate these profiles on installation and have a button in the settings to restore the default profiles manually.
