nested rack presets
I'm not sure whether it's possible with existing instrument architecture, but it would be great if saved instrument racks have their own preset saving functionality. For example: I have a synth/sampler rack that I use often with midi mapping and I'm loading the preset for this specific rack without messing the mapping or having to set it up again.

I'd strongly recommend to split your patch into mapped and non-mapped areas and switch presets only in the unmapped section. Since presets can contain anything, keeping mapping intact everywhere would require a different preset system in which you'd need to tell Drambo which knobs in different prests belong together and have the same mapping.
I can imagine the solution you're proposing being useful in some use cases, but not really with mine. For example: I have one wavetable synth rack that i use most of the time for sound design. Nested presets i'm proposing would probably have to be just rack parameter values stored in some kind of sub-preset format, so yeah, it's a bit different system i'm talking about.
