Visual expansion is awesome! But how to do (X)..?
I feel I’m going to have a LOT of questions, I know nothing about video synthesis…
firstly, anyone know how I could map a texture onto a 3d object? Example - getting the reactive blob preset to have a camera feed projected onto it - like taking the Cartesian map of the world and slapping it back on the globe, where the globe sphere is the reactive blob and camera feed is the map… hope that makes sense!!

You can do like this (mapping a noise mask to a sphere):
Set the Camera to preset Auto Rotate for a simple orbit flight around the object.
Or like this (mapping a texture - in this case a picture - to a cube (the cube is my preset but you can use the Texture Sphere preset for a "tiny planet" effect):
(note, the image module at the beginning is in fit mode but should be fill mode, to avoid gaps)
Using a map of the world:
thank you pedro! Gonna have to play around a lot until this makes sense but this gives me somewhere to begin, cheers :)
You’re welcome. Actually in the above you only need to make 1 manual connection (the modulation), all others get connected automatically
Also look at the presets, there are folders named "texture driven" some 2d to 3d presets in Visual Rack / Playground and 3D Shader.
