Because they are the developer's own presets which presumably will be added to future updates of dRambo.

As mentioned earlier it's not on the beta version, it will be released at some point when the dev himself decides to.
I managed to recover the FM (Frequency Modulation) processor shade preset from a previous comment in the discussion titled "Drambo Art," dated August 23rd, page 11. It's from a project offered by giku called visual fm.drproject, and the download link is on that page. In the open project, the preset's name is "frequency modulation" (see image, page 11, Drambo Art). I later renamed the preset to FM. I want to thank giku; without his contribution of offering his project mentioned here earlier, we might not have this great preset. This preset seems to be missing from the current version of Visual Drambo, so those who have just acquired it won't find it. Therefore, for those who want it, this is the only way to obtain it. Some are hoping it will be included again in a future update.
I only have one preset left to find, called Granular Collapse. If any member of this community has a Drambo project that includes this preset, I would be grateful if they could share it, so we could all have it. This is just one of the many ways these communities exist. Thanks...

Granular Collapse is not part of the public release yet as mentioned before.
It will appear when the developer decides to include it.
Anything shown in preview videos isn’t guaranteed to be available immediately.
Well, I've developed a concern, even a bit of a worry: You stated that those presets were from the developer and hadn't been released yet, perhaps for a future update. So why did one of them already exist or have already been released, only to be removed? The FM preset is clearly shown in the reference video, and I bet many people no longer see it in the fx subfolder of the Processor Shade presets. That's why I decided to start this discussion in this community. I commented on the YouTube video days ago, and they still haven't said anything. They should only show what comes with Visual Dragon Bo, so others don't experience what I did—watching videos that don't clarify whether they're tests of future presets or use presets that have already been removed. They're shooting themselves in the foot.

What precisely is the issue here?
If you see it on a Beta version (and that's for any app or program on any platform)
that means that it's not on the public release version so the normal thing is
to wait for it to be released on the public version.
It was at the developers discretion to post up the FM preset on the public thread which you found.
No one was saying that it's being withheld and also sometimes something
that is being tested on the beta version may not make it to the public version.
Patience is all that it requires.

The dev posted up a demo of two presets on the Beepstreet facebook page, Instagram and Youtube
that are not on the public release yet however he did post the FM preset on the dRambo Art thread
before releasing the video the other day.

I'm not just a tester. I always buy. And from the beginning, I've always been talking about the Visual Extension (IAP), which I paid for; I never mentioned a beta version. The one I'm talking about here is the final extension, or what you testers call the public version. Or maybe I'm in the wrong place. Is it that in this community, we only talk about beta apps? Let me know, so we can stop this endless chatter and wasting time.
No @VAAV that is not the point. If I post a video here and don’t share the preset, are you going to complain about it? It’s exactly the same, the developer shared a video of something he made, but there hasn’t been a new version update yet, that I’m sure will include it.
on the beta it’s more immediate because the dev can push a new beta much faster (but still only include the presets he see fit). The FM preset I’m not sure how it shows for me and not others on the beta team. Maybe I saved and don’t recall, but you found the link. The other one you (and me for that matter) will have to wait
