Instrument Rack Has No Gate Out
Not sure if it's a bug or a feature:
I recently wanted to put together a step sequencer with more than one line, gate and velocity out, something a bit more complex than single CV-sequencer. The idea was to make it an instrument rack preset, so I can use it over and over again (lazy me...), like so:
But: an instrument rack has not gate out..., meaning I can't put all these modules in one single rack.
Am I missing something here or would that be an idea for further improvement?

Yes, limited outputs is IMHO one of the main disadvantages of racks.
I just had a similar issue trying to create a signal router as a rack 😟
I'm therefore often using Misc => Sections for compacting (I know, they're not re-usable except by copy/paste).

Racks confuse me, conceptually I’ve been thinking of them as ui groups but the limited outputs restrict their use in a logical way. When experimenting I’m also trying to drag modules in and out of racks which doesn’t work either.
