Q: in pretty much all mono synths I’ve used on iOS and beyond including Sunrizer and iSEM when I hold a key, then play another note and release it it goes back to the original note that’s been held down throughout. I’m not sure why I cannot get that in Drambo. When I release the second key the sound dies. Any ideas?
I'm trying to get an LFO to speed up and increase in amplitude from the moment it receives a trigger.
I'm not sure what you need exactly - a trigger is a short pulse. For how long dou you want the LFO to speed up and increase in amplitude? Should the speed up and amplitude time always have the same amount and the same length? Does the trigger shape and volume make a difference? Should the speed up be like a switch to a higher frequency etc etc, I'd like to see a picture of trigger(s) and resulting LFO shape 😉
Ok cool. One more thing. I’m having this unusual problem. I bought Novation x station and turns out it has more than 127 controls so I’m just out of CC numbers. What else can I use? It can send RPN and NRPN messages, does Drambo respond to that?
You can use 127 controls x 16 MIDI channels. The only current solution seems to be to convert RPN/NRPN to MIDI CC on a specific channel, a typical job for Streambyter/MIDIFire or Mozaic.
Good suggestions but I’m using each Drambo track on a separate midi channel and I’m not a fan of adding another app like strambyter to my already complex set up.
I will just have to streamline my controls and cut down on things I’m unlikely to use.

Disable "Trigger overlapped notes" in the MIDI to CV module.
Nice one, thanks. I’m wondering whether that shouldn’t be a default since majority of synths work like that by default? @giku
You need it when you play drums, that overlap, you need this off, when you play glissandos with synth.

Can you send them on different MIDI channels? Or you could maybe use a StreamByter script to map NRPNs to CCs on a second MIDI channel.
