It's funny that they say it fully supports MPE but the keyboard can't even do polyphonic aftertouch 😄
A hardware Digital synth with only 8 voices is pretty poor IMO.
Except if you can have 16 of them inside one of the best iOS apps 😄🏋🏼♀️
I like the look and yes, I completely don't get these limitations when it comes to number of voices and timbrality. (looking at my 13 to Korg M3 :) We have such a powerful and cheap CPUs..
The next question is so obvious so I'm going to say it.
dRambo as a hardware synth???
Can dRambo code be ported onto a dedicated cpu?
Welcome back Clavia/Nord Modular 😎😁
Actually, putting an old iPhone inside a good MIDI controller keyboard and uploading projects via WebDAV would be somewhat close!
Definitely in regards to using an old iPhone inside a good midi controller.
I reckon instead of getting Eurorack modules, for the time being I'm going to get
a couple more old iPhones and turn them into modules themselves,
using them as multi timbral synths, drum machines and sound sources.
Two usb to midi cables connected using 5pin din midi couplers work a treat.
indeed, be great to see hardware drambo machine!
That's what I was thinking.
Of course. I would rather see a dedicated MIDI controller.
After receiving Jambo I started thinking the same thing.
I have a couple of ideas for very simple midi controllers, more for the design
than functionality and then I'm most probably going to go for a full on prototype.
I posted this on the wrong thread.
