Hoping to settle quick and bring over my toys ASAP :)
Totally up for D meet-up!
i have no audio from the chip
but this should come pretty close
the clipping doesn't seem to do much but does a lot to the sound it tames the high freq content ...
can I see the saw please?
I just leave it on to minimise tuning drift, my one has offset and tuning trimmers.
Safe travels dude and definitely looking forward to a dRambo meet up. :)
Nicely done. 😁
Will do :)
@lala Here’s the Saw wave. :)
and after some more research Ive found out the the KA mkii doesn’t have DC Coupled inputs,
however I did discover this on the Silent Way website…
It mentions a method or methods of being able to turn almost
any AC Coupled audio interface into a DC coupled one with some caveats.
Basically the DC voltage will always be positive unless one uses an offset thingy. :)
@lala it was waveform bleed through.
I added two oscillators to the tuning input of the main oscillator and they created enough drift to smooth out
the edges that I was getting when modulating the main oscillator’s PW solely with the “external” oscillator.
Now I push the signal going into the main oscillators PW input.
Now it’s starting to sound juicy.
Here’s a screenshot of the oscillator section.
thats what I thought
this looks exactly like the thingy that the pulse gives you
this is a pulse wave shaped into a saw, is my first bet ;)
