Record "One Pass" setting
My problem:
- I realtime record some notes
- I then start fiddling around with parameters or touch more notes
- I realize I've realtime recorded a bunch of things I didnt want. I can't undo because undo will undo everything.
A setting to have record only go for the length of the pattern (from when you enter your first note/knob turn) would be amazing. I'd probably always keep this on. A fair number of other synths use this and it works out pretty well

Definitely yes. +100. Would also love a pre-roll or count in.
It’s also really helpful for times when you want to record midi from external sequences/sequencers. Otherwise you need to watch the pattern, and carefully stop recording at the 2nd pass, which of course is easy to miss, then go into step edit to delete the first few doubled up notes.
😂😭 the number of times I've forgotten Record was on and returned to an absolutely mangled track…
