CV + Gate sequencer, 'steps' mod input broken.

The CV Sequencer, and Gate+Velocity Sequencer both have an issue where the 'steps' mod input doesn't work.

I tested it alongside the new Euclidian Sequencer module, which also has a 'steps' mod input, which functions normally.

The Gate+Velocity sequencer also has an overlapping knob when adding a modulation to 'steps'.
