Variable pulsed LFOs on the beat.
So I want to be able to send out gate signals, but have them do something like 2:1 - or even 3:2:3:1
where the entire signal is a step (or some other similar division), and then the pulses are sent out as proportions of the entire length of that step.
So for example - I have 2 steps, and I divide it into 2/3, and 1/3 - with the first gate at step 0, the second at 4/3 of a step, and then the cycle resets on step 2.
Is there a way to do this, using clocks, or something. I've tried a bunch of stuff but none of it really works. And it's not helped by the lack of documentation for a lot of the clock stuff... Maybe bcrichards can do one of his excellent tutorials on clocks for me :)

You can use the regular oscillators as LFOs as 'gates' as well, those allow you to set the PW.
(To control the ration add a CV Sequencer to modulate the pulse-width)
Ah, that's interesting. There's no way to set the frequency of a regular oscillator using the bpm though, is there?
The
LFO
module has a number of different beat sync modes.Sure, but there isn't a beat sync mode (unsurprisingly) for the regular oscillators.
I solved this. Just created a variable width pulse oscillator. I guess it’s time to work out Patch Storage.
You can sync an oscillator to the LFO however, which gives the same result.
Glad you got it sorted. Looking forward to the patch!
