Hi all

does offset on the sequencer move notes backwards or forwards, and also what does the offset 1 to 100 represent is this milliseconds?

It moves them later in time, not earlier. The number is percentage of time to the next step. An offset of 100 plays the note on the next step.

if you offset everything (push all back)

but one track not

that track seems to be pushed forwards ;)
