Allow forum post authors to edit post whenever (to mark posts resolved etc)
Would be useful if we could go back and edit forum posts to do things like prefix the topic as [Resolved] , remove out-of-date file attachments , and correct our own comments etc. I don't know if there's a security issue requiring closing edit after an hour or two?
The setting is noted here...
