If I want no(almost) latency
If I wanted to get the lowest possible latency to where I could no longer detect it would that require running the Mac version of Drambo? It seems the iOs one won’t go below 128 buffer size. My current latency is pretty low but I can still sense it and I would love for that to go away.

You can up the sample rate to lower the latency as well.
Oh man that gets me real close to undetectable. Thanks. Might be close enough.
I didn’t know that but I’m confused by the math (or perhaps wrong assumptions). How does that work?
As I understand latency is the necessary time for processing one buffer of samples. Shorter buffer shorter latency, at the increase of cpu power (which needs to process the buffer in the ms time frame available)
But increasing sample rate only means increasing number of samples in buffer, so since it has a fixed size, a shorter portion of audio will be processed. Now the CPU has to do a lot more work.
Is it a case where it is only valid for really powerful cpu or what am I not getting?
It's simple since the buffer has a fixed size the buffer gets emptied faster at higher sample-rates thus the latency is reduced.
...and CPU load goes up.
@samu yeah that’s what I figured but like @rs2000 says… it’s a tradeoff with cpu and maybe only available on Mx devices. Not an option for me, I was curious how it worked
Thanks for the explanation, though, senseis 🙏
