Reset contraption
I have a bunch of knobs in the knobs module sending a bunch of CCs to midi out and then Turnado.
I thought it would be nice to have a button that resets all of the knobs to zero.
This can be very useful in all sorts of scenarios but I cannot see how this can be done without actually bypassing the effect.
My first thought was the morph module but I cannot seem to make it work.
Does anybody know how this can be done, or even if it’s possible?

First thought: copy your knobs module to a layers switch , set it to all reset, then modulate the layer
Make it a preset? Not sure if you can midi control it but it’s quick and should work.
Hang on. I’m not sure if I’m understanding correctly. I think I do but will the values fire on layer load?
I’d definitely need to midi control it.
Cheers guys. For now I just assigned a controller pad to a trigger that sends 0 to turnado’s dictator which resets all the effects.
I’d be keen to hear you elaborate though for other user cases.
@supadom Don't forget the 16 scenes that we still have on top. One of them could have all knobs set to zero, and scenes can be MIdi controlled and even crossfaded from and to each snapshot.
OMG, this is like, the oldest of Drambo’s features that, because I always have it in Navigator view, I completely forgot it exists.
Thanks ChatGPT errr I mean @rs2000 !
I certainly need scenes in my life now that we have shift and close to infinite pads and knobs. Thanks.
I feel like an uncle who’s forgotten one of the godchildren’s birthday.
😄👍🏼
My only gripe with scenes is that once engaged, cannot be overridden by new events until the scene is exited.
For example if I set the filter to close when I engage scene B I can no longer modify that filter until switched back to the (unassigned) scene A.
Still, quite useful for orchestrating movements of several values at once to enact a dramatic change. Crucial for build ups etc.
