Param Lock/Probability on a selection of steps

I am not sure if this is even possible but it would be great if you could set a parameter lock for a selection of steps. I am one of the lazy guys who prefers not to make his patterns long but still create a lot of randomness inside the pattern.

So for example I have a 4 beat bassline with trigs:

xx.. .... ..x. x.xx

The last 3 trigs I would like to be played randomly with a certain probability but if they play they should all play. To make it more crazier I would still like to be able to set the probability each step individually.

I don't see how this workflow is possible except for making a long pattern which still dont make it random ;)
