That would be perfect, but I couldn’t find a way to set a threshold so that velocity has no effect under e.g. 80, but has full effect over 80, like in most software TB303 clones. Maybe some of the math volumes would help here, but I don’t really understand them yet :)
This will give you fix 0.8 vel out up to 0.8 vel in... and 1 vel out when incoming vel is bigger.
You could use a Gate+Velocity sequencer.
A non-zero step sends a full gate signal, a zero step sends nothing.
You can tweak accents live without changing your sequence.

Maybe it would be confusing first, but from workflow POV it may worth considering...
Reversing 'function' so added note by default is without accent and lowering vel would add accent
