Math => Scale: Set input value to 1.00 if input is not connected + add offset field.
It often occurs that I need a number followed by the Scale module and the Scale module followed by an Offset module.
If Scale held its input at +1.00 when not connected, this would make adjustments easier and it would also make the Number module redundant because the same could be achieved with the "Range" field, providing an adjustable constant at the same time.
Also, I'd like to vote for an "Offset" field inside the Scale module.
