Had to think for a second - what you want is zero to be the center value for all three knobs?
I would vote for +/- 12 semitones and +/- 100 cents.
Plus pitch bend and channel/poly aftertouch receiver modules.
You have a very good point with modulation inputs. A generative sequencer would have been one of my next projects and I would've missed exactly that!

It's intuitive for example to want to transpose down a few semitones but with the current setup you have to transpose an octave down and then semitones up!
a clunky but useable workaround in the mean time.

Found it, Pitch modulater. This seems to work ±2 octaves.
Another possible workaround for modulated +/- 12 semitones:
Easy to set up when adjusting the X and Y grid to X=25 and Y=24 with snapping=on in Graphic Shaper.
"0.125" is the value to enter in the Math => Scale module. You only see 2 decimals but the entered value is effective anyway.

Pitch CV are bipolar so they can range from -1 to 1.
