UI: Graphical Modulator: Grey out Rate and Speed knobs
Example:
In the Graphical Modulator when Time is connected the Rate and Speed do not do anything.
In this situation, can the Rate and Speed be greyed out to show they have no effect?

I'd prefer to have Speed work relative to the incoming time signal when connected:
Speed:
Positive goes from start to end with the adjusted speed. +1 would be the current behavior.
Negative goes from end to start with the adjusted speed, -1 would be like now but backwards.
Rate: Could be disabled like you say. "Steps" more or less does that.
