How to record data from midi processor au to step sequencer
Hi, sorry if that's something obvious, but I basically never use drambo's own step sequencer(I don't even know how to change sequence length if say true) so I've no idea, is there a way to record data into it from inside the app itself? I have an instance of mozaic generating a melody, and I want to move project to AUM and can't keep using it in a current form obviously, so need to move the sequence to the internal one...
Alternatively: is there some module or a rack which I could use for that?
Thanks!

This is one of @giku's favorite questions 😁
Currently, you have to use a separate app for MIDI loopback like FreEWI or "MIDI Recorder with E.Piano" running in the background.
You can change the sequence length by tapping on a pattern square and choosing one of the options in the popup menu.
Alternatively, you could load Mozaic into AUM, and route the MIDI to an instance of AUv3 Drambo in AUM. However, this could be tricky if Drambo is triggering or controlling the Mozaic script.
Thanks. Yeah, that's the easiest solution and I thought of it but the problem is that the script I'm using generates new sequence every time you load it and there's no way to save it, so I have to record it somewhere else.
thanks. Yes, I found the solution using midi loopback after searching and before posting, was just hoping there's some way around )
