Is it possible to control the step sequencer via midi to set p-locks.
If yes, is it possible to select the bar if I use more than 16 steps?

Not yet.
If you need it desperately, you can try an ugly workaround: Last time I've tried, iOS Accessibility Switch Control supported mapping MIDI messages to screen touch events and theoretically you could map screen tap positions to MIDI messages. The gestures will be static though so if you've trained it to hold a certain screen position for 2 seconds then a MIDI message will always trigger that exact event - not very useful tbh.
