Main isn’t like the other tracks.... idea
It’s just a thought but Main really is in a different category. It feels like it’s up a level, I don’t know if there’s still an idea to expand on this by allowing multiple ‘main’ or ‘top level’ tracks, each with their own sub tracks, or allow any tracks to host tracks (navigating that might be interesting).
Anyway, by separating Main from the general pads it makes the distinction a lot clearer, whilst also allowing for an extra track. In a more traditional sense representing the mixer and 16 tracks (although the mixer is of course a lot more than a mixer ;))

yeah this could be a nice thing...Groups of 16 x pads/tracks - Main 1, Main 2, Main 3...(obvs renameable)....Kinda like banks in Maschine, Mpc, but better....

Drambo evolved to something else than it initially was. It was designed as a drum sound per pad groovebox, but in most cases it isnt' and pads are only track selectors. More levels in the track tree will be possible soon.
So evolution will look like this:
In keys mode (that will be default) existing pads will be smaller and will act mainly like track selectors.
Keyboard area will be configurable, there will be an option to show pads (additional) instead of keyboard, show controllers, etc..

I think it's a good idea to collect as many opinions as possible beforehand. Eventually it's the users who are going to use it.
