The pop-up shows all 3 entries here, even on iPhone SE.

Never seen this before!
But I have an idea and that's a bug report for @giku:
Settings => General => Accessibility => Larger Text will cause the menu to be too small to fit.
indeed, to be fixed
I have the same issue but I do have text set to larger in seetings.
