The Morph knob that is only connected to the notes of Flexi aka slice distribution is also somehow affecting the pitch or am I wiring something wrong here?
Basically when switching to the random option @Flexi 'start slice' then all of the sudden the note distribution which in this case is being handled by the Morph knob, all off the sudden affects the pitch as well.

Yeah, when in Random mode the pitch of the sample will be affected by the modules pitch input.
