Strum module

Hello!

I have some questions about the strum module:

1 why does it sends two notes off for each note?

2 is there a way to make it send the note offs instantly and not strumming it? (or at least i would expect to send all notes off when receiving a new chord)

3 what does the vel slide knob do? It seems to do nothing on the midi monitor.
