Expanding Rack expands everything (Layers, Sub-Racks...) inside it - should not happen...

I wish Drambo would not expand everything inside a Rack. I am not sure if there is some logic behind this. Is this meant to happen, when there are unconnected ports ? In general I find it inconvenient and would appreciate if only the rack I want to expand is actually expanding.
