I’m messing with the punch in looper module but I see to be getting just one time division. I’d like to control it somehow, even if just by velocity. Is there a way to do that.
I remember someone mention controlling it by pressing several pads at once but it doesn’t work for me.

Also I’m confused about slice vs range. Tried both and there seem to be no change.
Imagine your loop (1bar) is divided into 16 slices - each pad represents one slice. So time division in this context is constant (1/16).
if you hold multiple pads than all corresponding slices will be looped.
slices vs range - in slices mode holding several pads will loop all the corresponding slices, in range mode it’s enough to hold 2 pads to define from/to range to be looped.
Ok, get it. I think!
So there’s no way of changing the time division then?
Just realised I can do what I want using the buffer repeat module. This combined with punch in effects is very cool.
Actually no. Buffer repeat doesn’t react fast enough. Not sure why, maybe it has to fill up the buffer?
A real looper/buffer recoerder module will make more custom iterations possible. I'm excited for this.
Actually, I’ve just mapped the buffers to my Bluetooth keyboard and they immediate so, pretty fun. Very Kaoss!
