@Dr_bumcheese I noticed that too and I second this. I realise signal flow is left-->right in Drambo, but that should not limit how one can select steps in the editor. Especially when im using one hand, its nice to be able to swipe right OR left to grab the steps you need.
This is assuming we're talking about the same issue. 😅
Hmm maybe... if you hold a step and swipe to the right she paints note length which is very nice. Swipe left doesn’t seem to do anything so would be nice if this action would enter notes the steps covered.

How about a continuation of how it works now?
Hold a single step. Dragging right fills all steps
Swipe to select multiple steps and hold. Dragging right fills with the same pattern.
Possibility to fill or paint all steps with a left swipe?
no.
when you are on on a step and swipe to the right it sustains the note (like you are holding down the notes on the keyboard longer ...
when u r on a step and swipe to the left it does nothing, because there is no note to hold longer.
In edit Mode swipe right just selects steps,
why do you want to swipe to the left to select steps?
just select a note further to the left side and swipe right
it works like in the direction you read and in the direction the steps are played — from the left to the right
