Took the above track into flexiSampler with some additional bits and decided to reimagine it a bit differently...man oh man how i love this Drambo workflow @giku 🙏🏼💕
Greets Drambolers. I've posted this on the Drambojams and Elektronauts, but there's a couple of things I came across building this preset:
One thing noticeable is a slight weakening i the cycle of the initial click on the kick: very subtle, but I couldn't figure out why - osc was synced to note, compression time on kick track falls before next beat, and has not modulation other than synced envelopes.
Also, I didn't manage to get note slide working with the FM osc. CV glide to note in didn't work.
All Drambo, performed on the iPad - complete with a few miss hits, late unmutes etc.
Decided to try out a few new things today in Drambo, and all I can say, is that this app just keeps making music a ton of fun for me. Hope everyone is enjoying Drambo as much as I am. Blessings and Peace to all of you:
Some lunchtime fun using some great SonalSystem patches for Audio Damage Continua and Quanta. Be sure and check them out if you rock these synths on iOS or Desktop:
Had a really good chill night with Drambo. Was just playing around with multiple FlexiSamplers and got lost + found on this little improv session.
Really had a great sense of the flow state while making this one...hopefully it comes across as so for everyone listening...🙏🏼💕
FWIW, it’s actually 2 tracks...i got to the end of the first one, and i just felt like continuing to see where i ended up...been a while since I’ve done this.
Taking all the wonderful things I’ve learned from Elektron boxes and applying them to this little Drambo experiment. Thanks so much for watching and indulging my little sonic journies:
Still having as much fun as i possibly can with Drambo. The focus as of late has been to see how far i can push 16 Steps into feeling evolving and not too repetitive using a bunch of playback conditionals like Chance, Cycle Playback and LFO’s.
