Adding a gate to the knobs and fader modules

I really like using the xy pad for momentary effects in performance because I can use the gate for turning the effect on and immediately do whatever tweak or performance bit with just one finger. Adding a gate to the “knobs” module or the fader module would save some precious screen real estate.
