Sure. Double tap the knob and change the Min/Max to -1/+1 and change the CC generator to take bipolar input. I guess at some point I was thinking in tempo numbers and thought it would make sense to have the knob output something like 50/200 or something.
The very little testing I did I was no longer getting +/-1 on the results.
