Power Stepper and Time Machine
With every clock pulse the output of Power Stepper increments or decrements by the given interval. There are two clock inputs: One for incrementing and another for decrementing.
Time Machine uses Power Stepper to step forward and backwards in time. It only uses a positive time signal so that it works with the new sequencer module.
