Patch for sending midi cc to external synth

For those who are interested, I just uploaded on Patchstoragd a patch that allows to use 2 knobs to send midi cc to external synths, to modify cutoff frequency (cc 74) and resonance (cc 71). I tested it with Korg ODISSEYi
