Interesting. Seems like the third note is always identical to the second one instead of the one two notes back. Shouldn't the S&H output of the third voice be delayed by another shift operation?
Thanks, that's a very nice melodic playground, much fun to play!
Two ideas for you: Add a CV quantizer in front of the "Output 1" S&H to help even musical noobs get something useful while catwalking over the keyboard, and make the delay BPM aware so it can be played in sync on top of a running track 😊
8 drum parts, no samples used, no comb filters, modal res, no waveguide modules (not that I don’t like them, they’re ace). Mostly based on SOS Synth Secrets, also the Nord Drum manual. Would love to hear if / how you use it and / or further develop/improve.
Kick – attempt at 909
ND1 – based on the Nord Drum – dual osc – use velocity!
Snare – modeled on the 808
Hats Syn – 6 oscillators, no noise module
Clave – Based on 808, but not very close to original
It took a few tries, but this one does what it should do as far as I can see. It modulates an amp based on the difference between two envelope followers. It might take some practice and experimentation to achieve the results you want , but it works. I’m quite happy about this one, hope you’ll enjoy it too 😊
There's a text box in expanded view with a few pointers as to how to use it. The project comes loaded with a flexi sampler, which you can of course swap for an audio input.
Update: Joint work on the same project with a few changes and added instruments.
I've done my best to continue Tom's strategy avoiding samples, resonators and physical models so the whole project runs well even on a baby iPad Mini 2.

Shift Register / note follow utility
just sort of a proof of concept. This can’t really be put into a rack because you need the independent outputs.

Maybe :) if so it’s a Drambo-typo. The shift operation is for the “memory”, if you had a fourth SH.
https://patchstorage.com/shift-register-note-follow/ fixed, last gate inverter was receiving gate from wrong source. Thanks rs2000.

one track pony version of the above
Acidline is a module with an acidic flavor, reminiscent of Roland’s TB-303.
