Will check later with proper headphones... but funk... your compositions always hit a nerve here :)
Someone described it as neural funk.
I quite like the description.
Thank you. :)
Great stuff :)
Thank you :)
well done.
sounds a bit of jean michael jarre.
Where do you get these phaser vocoder fx ? drambo ?.
I see you are using synthmaster 2, i was chock when i heard synthmaster 2, wow. (bought it).
Did you check out how powerfull synth master filters is,
(diod ladder filter Vanalog filters), and the fm operators, you can combine up to 8 operators with any waveform, synthmaster allso has 32 voices.
I am planning to buy the Roland D50 vst cloud version.
The phaser vocoder effect?
If you’re referring to the build up chord sample that starts midway that goes
through to the end that’s a sample with a dual analog filter thingy
that I put together in drambo as an effect processor and modulated.
It goes through Hi-Pass and Lo-Pass filters in parallel.
There’s loads of stuff going on.
Synthmaster ii is the dogs spherical and in the plural. A little colloquialism there.
It’s a really nice synth to grab presets and play around with.
Yeah , I delved into Synthmaster ii and it’s capabilities.
I’ve got the full shebang so I favourited about 450 presets that I liked.
I’m deep in writing so I don’t want to phaff around with experimenting to much.
I’m quite satisfied with the synth range I have right now.
Combined with dRambo, samples, the dedicated effects processors
that I have and the ones I put together in drambo I’m happy.
After this selection of tracks I’m going full on acoustic for awhile.
I’ve got a drum loop project that I’m cooking up for user sampling next.
Thank you for listening.

Impressive work as always! I love the way your tracks build. Solid grooves and really thick bass.
Proggy jazz tech funk
Yes, that’s what i mean.
Yeah, I love the low end being solid.
Decades of being in clubs with rib rumbling subs.
I need a P.A to really test some of the mixes.
Thank you.
🙏🏾
That particular chord sample I actually got from Heavocity.
It was one of their freebies in a taster pack.
There’s some really good royalty free stuff out there.
