Drone synthesizer based on randomizer module - NoiseMaker
NoiseMaker is a Drone synthesizer based on the randomizer module. At its core are the randomizer modules, 4 randomly cross-modulated LFOs and 4 randomly cross-modulated OSCs with individual filters.
Each time the randomizer is triggered, it randomly changes (X-fade) the 32 modulation routes in the background, including 4 LFO cross-modulation routes, 4 OSC cross-modulation routes, 4x6 LFO modulation routes and various parameters. This produces a constantly changing and layered sound.

As usual, excellent stuff
Beautiful work, thank you @ZhouJing! 😃
Thanks guys, glad you like it. @bcrichards @rs2000
wow!
@ZhouJing Thank you for sharing this! There’s a ton of amazing sound possibilities with this. Amazing work!
@ZhouJing impressive stuff.
Thanks for sharing.
noisemaker2.0 has evolved into something completely different.
@ZhouJing I wanted to recreate the "Give me a chord" sound from your video (which has its title swapped in your previous post, btw), but v2 has changed so much that I'm not seeing how to get there. Any advice? Perhaps you still have it as a project or preset?
I didn't save the previous preset, so I recreated a similar version. In the process I found a bug in the interval slider that caused it not to work as expected, fixed in this uploaded file.
Thank you. I find this pulsating, almost tentative chord playing rather beautiful.
A small bug in your rack midi outputs; they are all connected to the midi mixer. I guess you want midi output 1 to be connected to midi note 1, etc.
Cool that we can also use this as a midi generator!
Oh, you're right, the midi connections were wrong, thanks for finding it.
This thing is eerily awesome. Unbelievable what you can make in this app. Giku should be proud he’s inspired a whole new generation of musicians and changed the whole digital music landscape with dRambo. I’m almost jealous I can’t do stuff like this but it’s just too cool and inspiring not to just be in awe of it. I’d love to see someone use this in a song. I have just stared at it for hours practically lol
nice work !
Thanks, I am glad you like it. drambo is the first music app that makes me feel so free. Although Drambo has a bit of a steep learning curve, once you understand some of the basic rules and logic, you are able to do a lot of things. The time spent for it will definitely be worth it.
