For a delay, all you need to do is increase feedback to max and simultaneously cut off input. Reverb needs to have an infinite feedback option for this to work.
Actually, since the Plate Reverb has infinite reverb at max delay amount, one would just need to again cut off input, and add in a dry signal to play over top of the frozen audio.

These would have to be added to the reverb and delay modules themselves.
